flex is a uniquely formed closed cell flexible elastomeric insulation, used to insulate heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigerating (HVAC/R). High quality flex insulation tube and sheet provides thermal efficiency that reduces undesirable heat gain in chilled water systems, cold water plumbing, and refrigeration lines, air conditioning lines, cooling ductwork and equipments. When properly installed, this product also provides condensation and frost control on cold surface. flex insulation material also efficiently reduces heat loss for hot water plumbing, liquid heating and dual temperature piping. flex Self-Seal Tube / Sheet Insulation is also CFC/HCFC free, non-porous, fiber free, dust free and resistant to mold growth. The recommended temperature range for flex insulation is -183℃ o +105℃ (-297℉ to +220℉).

---- flex Self-Seal Tube / Sheet

With the same application as regular flex tube and sheet insulation, flex Self-Seal Tube Insulation is pre-slit with advanced factory pre-applied pressure sensitive adhesive to both seam surfaces and convenient built-in release liner to allow easy and time-saving installation. It can be easily installed on pipes already connected. the tube is snapped in place, remove the liner and press along entire longitudinal joint firmly. Join butt ends with adhesive. Self-adhesive sheet has the same advanced pressure sensitive adhesive and release liner on one side..

flex Self-Seal Tube / Sheet Insulation is available in a various common sizes. The working temperature range of flex Self-Seal Tube Insulation is from -50℃ to 110℃(-58℉ to 230 ℉ ).
